Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our admissions and sales team, drive student enrollments, and expand Bizpole Learning's market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, sales, and relationship management skills with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase student enrollments.
Monitor lead conversion, admissions, revenue, and team performance through KPIs.
Coach, mentor, and train team members to improve productivity and sales performance.
Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value admissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, colleges, and corporate partners.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Ensure timely follow-up of leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
Maintain CRM records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the admission journey.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
3–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in EdTech or Education.
Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
