- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to study abroad programs.
- Explain available courses, universities, destinations, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, website inquiries, and events.
- Schedule appointments for education counselors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, student interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software.
- Coordinate with counselors and admissions staff to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
