2. Contract Negotiation & Financial Oversight
- Lead negotiations for multimillion-dollar Master Supply Agreements (MSAs).
- Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), factoring in logistics, warranty terms, and 2026-specific cost drivers like the China VAT rebate changes.
- Monitor global commodity prices (polysilicon, aluminum, silver) to hedge against price volatility.
3. Supply Chain Resilience & Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate risks related to geopolitical shifts, trade barriers (e.g., AD/CVD duties), and port congestions.
- Maintain a "China+1" or localized sourcing strategy to ensure compliance with regional content requirements.
- Implement AI-driven procurement tools to forecast lead times and inventory needs.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Engineering to ensure components meet the latest technical standards and grid-connection codes.
- Coordinate with Project Management to align delivery schedules with site construction milestones (Safe-Harboring).
- Partner with Finance to manage letters of credit, payment terms, and cash flow.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Electrical/Renewable), or Business. An MBA or c certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years in procurement, with at least 3–5 years specifically in the Solar/Renewable Energy sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of PV technology (TopCon, HJT), BESS configurations, and global solar market dynamics.
