Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and ledger entries.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Process vendor bills and customer payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance team for monthly closing.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.
Store Responsibilities
- Manage inward and outward movement of medical equipment, spare parts, and raw materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely procurement.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and stock reports.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, dispatch, and service departments for material requirements.
- Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices where applicable.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with auditors during stock and financial audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures.
- Support management with MIS reports and inventory analysis.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in Accounts and Store Management.
- Experience in a manufacturing or medical equipment industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, SAP preferably, MS Word , MS Excel, and inventory management systems.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
