- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and project requirements.
- Perform quantity take-offs from structural and architectural drawings.
- Verify site measurements and work quantities.
- Prepare material quantity estimates and consumption reports.
- Assist in rate analysis, cost estimation, and budgeting.
- Support preparation of RA Bills, contractor bills, and final bills.
- Coordinate with site engineers, billing engineers, and procurement teams.
- Track material reconciliation and project costs.
- Maintain quantity records, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
- Ensure work quantities comply with approved drawings and specifications.
Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
Education:
Experience:
- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (Preferred)
