We are a fast-growing startup pioneering the next generation of medical wearables and microelectronics. We are seeking a highly motivated Embedded Systems Engineer with approximately 4 years of experience to take ownership of our firmware architecture and lead our development team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will drive the development of life-enhancing wearable technology from prototype to production.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a focused team of embedded developers through the full product lifecycle.
Architect and write robust, production-ready firmware in C/C++ for STM32 and similar microcontrollers.
Optimize system performance for the ultra-low power consumption and minimal footprint constraints inherent to wearable microelectronics.
Collaborate closely with hardware engineers on board bring-up, system debugging, and schematic reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 4 years of proven, hands-on experience in embedded software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Embedded C/C++ and ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers, particularly within the STM32 ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of peripheral interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART) and wireless communication protocols (e.g., BLE).
- Demonstrated experience in a team leadership, project management, or senior mentoring capacity.
- Familiarity with medical device software development standards is a strong advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
