Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and be able to coordinate effectively with different departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain records, files, and office documents.
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with vendors, employees, and management.
- Prepare reports, data entries, and MIS as required.
- Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and supplies.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in Administration, Office Coordination, or Back Office Operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
