Experience in performing design calculations using PV Elite is essential. Exposure to Process Hazard / Risk Analysis HAZOP / HAZID studies and preparing close-outs is advantageous. Familiarisation in preparation of shop drawings for fabrication of vessels, exchangers etc are advantageous. Responsibilities includes preparation of design calculations, bill of material, datasheets, specifications, request for quotations, conducting vendor drawing reviews and vendor design evaluation etc. Good working knowledge in relevant ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, OISD, NFPA codes and standards is must. Hands-on working in PV Ellite, Codecalc, Compress, HTRI, HTFS software’s is essential.
