KCITE works with K-12 schools, teachers, and school leaders through training programs, professional development, and educator communities. Our work is simple: help educators learn practical methods they can take back to their classrooms.
About the role
We are looking for a Digital Growth and Partnership Associate to help KCITE reach more schools and education partners.
You will speak with principals, teachers, school teams, and partner organizations. A large part of the role is follow-up: keeping conversations active, scheduling meetings, sharing the right information, and making sure no lead gets lost.
This role suits someone who is comfortable talking to people, organized with data, and steady with daily communication.
Responsibilities
- Contact schools, principals, educators, and partner organizations through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings
- Follow up with leads and keep conversations moving
- Schedule demos, meetings, webinars, and presentations for the leadership team
- Explain KCITE programs clearly and professionally
- Support partnership conversations with schools, organizations, and education communities
- Work with the marketing team on campaigns, leads, and outreach activities
- Maintain lead and partnership records in Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools
- Support webinar registrations and community engagement activities
- Build positive relationships with school leaders and educators
- Track outreach, engagement, and conversion updates
- Share timely updates with internal teams
Skills required
- Good written and spoken English
- Confidence in speaking with school leaders and educators
- Strong follow-up habits
- Good coordination and attention to detail
- Comfort using Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp, email, and basic CRM tools
- Ability to work with targets, timelines, and outreach goals
Preferred experience
Experience in business development, partnerships, customer relations, outreach, or education-related roles would be helpful. Experience or familiarity with schools, teacher training, or the education sector is a plus.
