Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Requirements:
- Experience in sheet metal and fabrication industry preferred
- Production planning and shop floor supervision
- Manpower handling and team coordination
- Quality and productivity monitoring
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
