About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CTP Operator / CTP Executive to join our growing prepress and printing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating Computer-to-Plate (CTP) machines, ensuring high-quality plate output, and supporting smooth production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage Computer-to-Plate (CTP) machines efficiently.
- Ensure plate quality meets production and printing standards.
- Monitor machine performance and workflow processes.
- Maintain timely plate output to support printing schedules.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with prepress and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow quality control and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of printing, prepress, or CTP operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in printing or packaging industries is an added advantage.
