Job Overview
Alhum Infotech is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and professionally explaining the company's services. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospects.
- Explain company services and offerings effectively.
- Generate, qualify, and maintain leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the internal team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
