We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience in both Contract Staffing and Permanent Staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling end-to-end IT recruitment across various technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract and Permanent positions.
- Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates' technical and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers accurately.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Meet individual hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT) for closures.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in both Contract Staffing and Permanent Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the IT hiring lifecycle and various technology skill sets.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, etc.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with IT staffing or consulting companies is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
