Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and audit, along with exposure to Ind AS implementation and financial reporting. The role involves managing end-to-end financial reporting, supporting complex accounting transitions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with clients and internal teams on technical accounting matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Ind AS Implementation & Financial Reporting:
· Assist in Ind AS implementation/transition assignments, including preparation of opening balance sheets and reconciliations (IGAAP to Ind AS).
· Prepare and review Ind AS-compliant financial statements, including notes and disclosures.
· Handle complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, financial instruments, leases, and consolidation.
· Draft accounting memos and technical position papers on Ind AS matters.
Taxation & Compliance:
· Review and supervise preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (individuals, firms, companies).
· Handle tax computations, TDS/TCS compliance, and reconciliations.
· Assist in advisory on direct tax matters and regulatory compliance.
· Preparation and review of data and response for income tax assessments.
Audit & Assurance:
· Lead/assist in statutory audits and tax audits, including planning, execution, and finalization.
· Review working papers, financial schedules, and ensure audit documentation quality.
· Coordinate with clients and senior stakeholders to resolve audit queries efficiently.
Certifications & Advisory:
· Review and issue financial certificates and reports as per regulatory requirements.
· Support in preparation of due diligence reports, financial analyses, and MIS reporting.
General Accounting & Client Management:
· Oversee accounting operations, including ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and closing processes.
· Guide junior team members and review their work outputs.
· Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a CA firm.
· Hands-on experience in Ind AS implementation or reporting is essential.
· Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit procedures.
· Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools (Tally/ERP systems).
· Ability to interpret and apply technical accounting standards.
· Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
