Job Summary
Yash Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead business development and manage key client relationships across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in furniture or related industries and a strong network within the architecture and interior design community.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive territory-wise sales growth and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value deals.
- Coordinate with sourcing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, site visits, and client meetings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development.
- Experience in Furniture, Bathroom Fittings, Interior Décor, Building Materials, or related industries is preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of B2B and B2C sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with strong contacts among Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, Developers, and Corporate Clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and key accounts effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven professional.
