Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Events Sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's corporate client base.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Attend client meetings, presentations, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value event projects.
- Monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
- Coordinate with Operations and Creative teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
