-Resolve customer queries via inbound/outbound phone calls, emails and social media channels.
-Could also be a part of the research callouts sub-unit within the team.
-Meet the predetermined daily, weekly and monthly targets.
-Identifying customer requirements/needs.
-Co-ordinating with various departments to resolve customer queries as and when required.
-Providing outstanding customer service.
-Maintaining confidentiality of information.
-Performing other duties as designated as and when the need arises.
-Align individual goals with the goals of the organization.
Education and Experience
-Graduate- Fresher or minimum 1 year experience in the customer service industry.
-Openness to work on Sundays and work long hours/ additional hours as and when required

-Ability to think on one's feet
-Possess an overall calm attitude, be good at conflict resolution skills and get the tasks assigned done with the given time period
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team environment and meet targets under tight timeframes
