About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior .NET Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, cloud platforms, microservices architecture, AI-assisted development tools, and modern software engineering practices.
The candidate will lead development teams, mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies.
- Architect and implement scalable Microservices-based solutions.
- Drive best practices in software design, coding standards, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide development teams on architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
- Design and implement cloud-native applications on AWS and Azure platforms.
- Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ for distributed applications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve productivity and code quality.
- Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability in production environments.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
Required Technical SkillsCore Technologies
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and MVC.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Entity Framework.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Messaging Queues such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Expertise in Docker and containerized deployments.
- Experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of Payment Domain applications and integrations.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, including:
- Saga Pattern
- Decorator Pattern
Cloud Technologies
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with:
- AWS CloudWatch
- SNS/SQS
- AWS Cognito
- LocalStack
AI & Modern Development Tools
- Experience working with:
- GitHub Copilot
- Agentic AI solutions
- Claude AI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading development teams and managing project delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to high-volume transactional systems and payment platforms is highly preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
