Job Purpose:
To drive revenue by selling visa-related value-added services (VAS) while leveraging prior visa operations experience to guide customers effectively through the process.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Revenue Generation (Core Responsibility)
- Actively promote and sell add-on visa services (Premium Lounge, Courier, SMS, Insurance, Form Filling, etc.)
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
- Drive high conversion rates for walk-in applicants
2. Customer Engagement & Consultation
- Interact with visa applicants and understand their travel needs
- Use prior visa operations knowledge to guide customers accurately
- Recommend relevant VAS to enhance customer experience
3. Upselling & Cross-selling
- Pitch bundled services to increase per-customer revenue
- Handle objections and close sales confidently
4. Visa Process Support (Value Add)
- Assist with application flow using knowledge of visa documentation
- Ensure customer awareness of correct procedures and requirements
- Support smooth coordination between front-end and operations
5. Customer Experience
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a high-footfall environment
- Maintain professionalism and service standards at all times
6. Compliance & Reporting
- Follow SOPs, billing accuracy, and compliance guidelines
- Maintain daily sales reports and performance tracking
Mandatory Requirement:
- Prior experience in Visa Operations / Visa Processing is essential
- (VFS, OneVasco, Travel Agency, Embassy handling, etc.)
Pay: ₹11,529.15 - ₹35,258.08 per month
