Job Requirements*
1) Should have more than 3 years of experience in SAP-HR
with minimum one SAP implementation and one
S/4HANA migration projects.
2) Should have knowledge in preparing:
a) AS-IS documentation
b) Blueprint documents
c) Test cases and results
d) User manuals
3) Should have configuration knowledge in SAP HCM modules.
4) Ability to guide developers for customization.
5) Implementation knowledge in SAP HCM on HANA(H4S4) and in SAP payroll.
6) Knowledge of Fiori elements and touchpoints with HCM module.
6) Basic debugging knowledge in standard/custom SAP ABAP programs.
7) Strong communication skills to lead customer discussions.
Key Responsibilities* 1) Provide support activities for the SAP HCM module.
2) Assist in capturing and analyzing functional requirements.
3) Assist in Configuration and customization to meet the business requirements.
4) Prepare and execute test cases; document test results.
5) Develop user manuals and training materials.
6) Provide post-implementation handholding support and issue resolution
