Job Responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram Reels and social media content
- Shoot videos at construction sites, office and completed projects
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram and other platforms
- Create informative, promotional and trend-based content
- Work on hooks, storytelling and creative concepts for reels
- Capture construction progress and project details
- Add suitable text, transitions, music and effects
- Keep up with current social media trends and formats
- Collaborate with the marketing/team members to plan content
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand image for Harji Housing
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form content
- Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar
- Good understanding of framing, lighting and basic videography
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
- Good communication skills
- Ability to shoot content independently at different locations
- Previous experience in construction, architecture, real estate or corporate content will be an advantage

Someone who is not just an editor, but understands how to turn a construction project into engaging social media content.
You should be comfortable being on-site, finding interesting shots, creating strong hooks and turning everyday construction activities into content people actually want to watch.
