- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor product quality and process performance.
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits.
- Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and scrap levels and drive continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare and review quality documents, procedures, and records.
- Lead problem-solving activities using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and PFMEA.
- Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and maintenance of inspection records.
- Train and guide quality engineers, inspectors, and operators on quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to improve quality performance.
- Monitor supplier quality and support supplier development activities.
- Prepare quality reports and present KPIs to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective quality control and continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
