The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
- Administer payroll, compensation, and employee benefits.
- Coordinate employee training and career development initiatives.
- Foster employee engagement and a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
