HR Intern (Remote/Work From Home)

Internship Duration: 5 Months
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 5.5 Hours per Day (5 Working Hours + 30 Minutes Break)
Stipend : Rs.3000/Month
About the Opportunity
AARVION Services India Private Limited is looking for a passionate, proactive, and career-oriented HR Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core Human Resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, documentation, and organizational development.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Support payroll-related activities and documentation.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BBM, with HR specialization).
- Candidates with an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, HR specialization, or HR-related certifications will be given preference.
Experience Required
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or related functions.
Mandatory Skills
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Compensation/Stipend
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹3,000 throughout the 5-month internship.
Candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance, commitment, and professionalism during the internship may be considered for a permanent role with AARVION Services India Private Limited, subject to organizational requirements and performance evaluation.
Pay: ₹2,800.00 - ₹3,000.00 per month
