We are seeking a highly organized, mature, and multilingual Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive 360-degree support to our Director. This role is a blend of high-level administrative coordination and personal assistance. The ideal candidate will possess the professional poise required to handle confidential matters and the linguistic versatility to communicate across diverse stakeholders in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Executive / Office Support
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel plans
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders
- Draft emails, letters, reports, and business correspondence
- Maintain records, files, documents, and confidential information
- Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and data sheets using Excel
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion
- Handle calls, messages, and communication on behalf of the Director when required
Personal Assistance
- Assist with personal appointments, errands, bookings, and reminders
- Coordinate household/vendor-related tasks if required
- Manage personal calendars and important dates
- Support in organizing events, family travel, and miscellaneous personal work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
