Telecaller
Location: Mohali
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Weekly Off: Rotational
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with customers as per the process.
- Maintain accurate call records and update system data.
- Achieve daily calling and performance targets.
Eligibility:
- 12th / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or collections will be an added advantage.
- Age between 18 to 30
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
