As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, conducting site visits, building strong client relationships, negotiating deals, and converting prospects into successful bookings while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients through regular follow ups.
- Guide customers through every stage of the buying process, from inquiry to booking.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update all activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth booking, documentation, and handover process.
- Stay updated on project specifications, pricing, inventory, payment plans, and market trends.
- Represent Arora Universal with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
- Proven ability to close property sales and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate sales process.
- Self motivated, target driven, and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
