Role:
- Lead AI-native organization design by redefining teams, roles, workflows, and operating models to align with business strategy and AI-driven ways of working.
- Build frameworks for human-AI collaboration, productivity measurement, and augmented performance across the organization.
- Drive a top 1% talent density agenda through precision hiring, talent mapping, and strong engineering, product, and leadership pipelines.
- Strengthen employer branding, referral ecosystems, and community engagement to attract and retain high-caliber talent.
- Own leadership hiring for VP, Director, and other critical leadership roles while building robust succession plans for key positions.
- Identify and accelerate high-potential talent through structured leadership development, coaching, and capability-building programs.
- Shape and scale a high-performance culture that balances ownership, speed, accountability, psychological safety, and innovation.
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on organizational strategy, workforce planning, capability roadmaps, and AI-led workforce transformation.
- Design differentiated performance and rewards frameworks aligned to business outcomes, talent impact, and market competitiveness.
- Drive AI-enabled HR operations, people analytics, retention strategies, and compliance across global geographies including India, the US.

- Possesses a deep understanding of how high-performing engineering and technology organizations operate and has partnered extensively with Engineering, Product, and Technology leadership teams.
- Demonstrates the ability to lead through ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and successfully navigate periods of rapid growth and organizational change.
- Operates as a strategic business partner to the CEO, founders, and executive leadership team, influencing business decisions beyond the HR function.
- Has successfully built, scaled, or transformed organizational culture while preserving accountability, ownership, innovation, and high-performance standards.
- Brings experience in AI-driven workforce transformation, automation initiatives, workforce augmentation, and future-of-work programs.
- Uses workforce analytics, talent metrics, engagement data, attrition trends, and organizational insights to drive data-based people decisions.
Desired candidate experience
- Possesses 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within technology-led organizations.
- Has significant experience in IT Services, Product Engineering, Software Product, Digital, Technology, or GCC environments.
- Has successfully led HR for organizations with 500+ employees and managed HR teams across multiple functions.
- Demonstrates a strong track record in organization design, business transformation, and scaling organizations during periods of growth.
- Has extensive experience in executive hiring, succession planning, leadership development, and building organizational capability.
- Has successfully shaped, strengthened, or transformed organizational culture at scale.
- Has worked directly with CEOs, founders, business leaders, or executive leadership teams as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Understands talent strategies required for engineering, product, platform, and technology organizations.
- Brings exposure to global or multi-geography workforce management across India and international markets.
- Has experience leveraging modern HR technologies, AI-enabled HR tools, HRIS platforms, ATS solutions, and people analytics systems.
- Experience within high-growth startups, GCCs, product engineering organizations, digital-first enterprises, or software product companies will be highly preferred.
- Has supported organizations through transformation initiatives such as rapid scaling, digital transformation, acquisitions, restructuring, or global expansion.
