Position Title: NGO Administrator
Location: Natawara Village, Sahpura, Jabalpur, M.P
Position Summary
The NGO Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and day-to-day management of all NGO operations in Natawara Village. This role ensures the effective implementation of programs, efficient management of facilities and services, compliance with organizational policies, and strong engagement with the local community. The Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for village operations and works to ensure that all services provided by the NGO are delivered efficiently and meet the needs of the community.
Key ResponsibilitiesNGO Operations & Administration
- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the NGO in Natawara Village.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all NGO programs and activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and government regulations.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports.
Program Management
- Coordinate the implementation of all community development projects.
- Monitor project progress, outcomes, and impact.
- Work with program staff to ensure timely execution of activities.
- Identify community needs and recommend improvements to existing programs.
Staff & Volunteer Management
- Supervise administrative staff, field workers, and volunteers.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor staff performance.
- Organize staff meetings and provide operational guidance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff and volunteers.
Community Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with village leaders, community members, and local government authorities.
- Address community concerns and resolve operational issues.
- Organize community meetings and awareness programs.
- Encourage community participation in NGO initiatives.
Financial & Resource Management
- Assist in budget planning and expenditure monitoring.
- Ensure proper utilization of NGO assets and resources.
- Maintain inventory records of equipment, supplies, and facilities.
- Coordinate procurement of goods and services as required.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain records of beneficiaries, activities, and service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend operational improvements.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in all operations.
Required Qualifications
- Should be a retired army personal.
- Experience managing community development projects and field operations.
- Knowledge of government schemes and rural development initiatives is desirable.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
