Position: Institutional AI Trainer
Location: Pune (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
✔ Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Generative AI
✔ Train students and professionals on Python, SQL, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI applications
✔ Conduct hands-on workshops, live coding sessions, and project-based learning
✔ Mentor learners through real-world AI projects and case studies
✔ Develop training content, assignments, assessments, and learning resources
✔ Explain complex AI concepts in a simple and practical manner
✔ Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and emerging technologies
✔ Collaborate with technical teams to continuously enhance course content and learning outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with at least 1 year of experience as an AI Trainer
✅ BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Data Science, or a related field
✅ IBM, Google, or Microsoft AI Certification is mandatory
✅ Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI
✅ Hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Power BI
✅ Practical knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, Claude APIs, and Vector Databases
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and classroom management skills
✅ Experience in curriculum development, technical training, or corporate learning is highly preferred
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
