Pix Rock VFX Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and motivated Academic Counsellor to guide aspiring students and fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in the Animation, VFX, Gaming, and Media industry. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for counselling prospective candidates, promoting training programs, managing admissions, and building strong relationships with students and educational institutions.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesStudent Counselling
- Counsel prospective students regarding Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, and related training programs.
- Understand students' career aspirations and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course curriculum, career opportunities, placement support, and fee structure.
Admissions
- Handle enquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, website, social media, and referrals.
- Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Follow up with prospective students to maximize admissions.
Lead Management
- Maintain and update student enquiries in the CRM or admission tracker.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Career Guidance
- Educate students about career opportunities in the VFX and Animation industry.
- Assist students in understanding job roles, industry expectations, and skill development.
- Conduct counselling sessions for colleges, educational institutions, and career fairs.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, colleges, and educational partners.
- Ensure an excellent counselling experience and address student queries promptly.
Marketing & Promotions
- Support educational seminars, workshops, webinars, and campus drives.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to generate quality leads.
- Represent the company at education expos and career guidance events.
Target Achievement
- Meet monthly admission and enrolment targets.
- Maintain high conversion rates through effective counselling and follow-up.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA or relevant qualification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Admissions, or Student Relationship Management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,684.34 per month
