E-commerce Specialist Responsibilities
1. Manage Online Store Operations
- Update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
2. Optimize Product Pages
- Improve product titles, descriptions, and keywords for search visibility.
- Conduct basic SEO for category and product pages.
- Analyze product performance and make improvements.
3. Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with email marketing campaigns.
- Manage promotions, discounts, and seasonal sales.
- Coordinate with social media and advertising teams.
4. Analyze Sales and Performance Data
- Track website traffic, conversion rates, and sales metrics.
- Generate reports and identify trends.
- Recommend strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
5. Customer Experience Management
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews.
- Help resolve order-related issues.
- Improve website usability and shopping experience.
6. Marketplace Management
- Manage listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and eBay.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
- Monitor marketplace performance and sales.
7. Website Maintenance
- Coordinate website updates with developers.
- Test new features and functionality.
- Identify and report technical issues.
8. Order and Fulfillment Coordination
- Monitor order processing and shipment status.
- Work with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
