Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Executive to support our franchise expansion. The role involves engaging with potential franchise partners, explaining business opportunities, and assisting in lead conversion through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective franchise leads.
- Explain franchise business model, benefits, and requirements clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings or demos for interested prospects.
- Support the franchise team in lead nurturing and conversion.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local language.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
