Plati India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring timely dispatches, and maintaining proper stock records while following safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare reports related to stock movement and warehouse performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel and inventory software preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate or Diploma holder.
- 2–5 years of relevant warehouse management experience.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
