The Interior Design Faculty is responsible for delivering comprehensive theoretical and practical education in Interior Design, mentoring students, developing academic resources, and fostering creativity, technical proficiency, and industry readiness. The faculty member will guide students through design concepts, software applications, studio projects, and portfolio development while maintaining academic excellence.

- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments, and study materials.
- Conduct evaluations, examinations, juries, and design reviews.
- Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
Student Development
- Mentor students in conceptualization, design thinking, and project execution.
- Guide students in preparing portfolios for internships, higher education, and professional careers.
- Support participation in exhibitions, design competitions, workshops, and industry events.
- Encourage innovation, research, and practical problem-solving skills.
Industry Engagement
- Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, materials, and practices in Interior Design.
- Organize guest lectures, seminars, workshops, and site visits.
- Develop industry collaborations to provide students with practical exposure.
- Integrate current industry practices into the curriculum.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Participate in curriculum planning and academic development.
- Coordinate departmental activities, exhibitions, and events.
- Assist in admissions, student counseling, and orientation programs.
- Maintain studio resources, laboratories, and material libraries.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings and institutional initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture (Mandatory)

Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching and/or professional industry experience in Interior Design.
- Experience in mentoring undergraduate, diploma, or design students is preferred.
