Act as the key analytical interface between headquarters, depots, project teams, engineering functions, and other stakeholders across Siemens Mobility Rolling Stock.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, including customer, supplier, performance, reliability, and management reports.
- Support the development, implementation, and follow-up of corrective and preventive action plans.
- Perform vehicle performance, reliability, and diagnostic analyses using field and operational data.
- Ensure high-quality field data through regular data validation, quality reviews, and plausibility checks.
- Conduct weak-point and trend analyses to identify improvement opportunities & drive reliability growth.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for products, processes, methodologies, operational procedures.
- Serve as the focal point between sites and headquarters on reliability, availability, and fleet performance topics.
- Analyze field data, capture lessons learned, facilitate knowledge sharing, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support operational, tactical, and strategic fleet/product monitoring across multiple platforms.
- Train and coach end users on CMS/CMMS systems, data management practices, and analysis tools.
- Foster effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Proficient in Cormap, RS CMS, SAP, Spotfire, Power BI, FRACAS, and 8D problem-solving methodologies.
Desired Skills:

Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 10~12 years of experience in Field Experience Management, including at least 6~7 years in rolling stock engineering and fleet management. Knowledge of railway standards and regulations is an advantage.
- Strong process-oriented mindset with proven experience in analyzing, optimizing, and improving processes and systems.
- Good understanding of Siemens Mobility Rolling Stock processes; experience in rail vehicle projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile and results-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities and work effectively under demanding project schedules.
- Capable of working successfully in an international, multicultural, and matrix organization environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; German language proficiency is an added advantage.
