Duplex Technologies Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns.
- Run and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to produce high-quality content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with improvement strategies.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media scheduling tools.
- Strong communication and content writing skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to create engaging and viral content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in reel and short-form video content strategy.
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtag research, and content optimization.
- Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations.
- Experience running lead generation campaigns through social media.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent social media knowledge, creativity, and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
