We are looking for talented and creative Writers / Screenplay Writers with prior experience in developing narratives for OTT, television series, films, and drama. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, character development, screenplay structure, and be comfortable taking an idea from research and development through to a polished screenplay.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write engaging narratives, screenplays, and story concepts for OTT, series, films, and other long-form content.
- Conduct thorough research to develop authentic and compelling stories.
- Build strong characters, story arcs, scenes, and dialogues.
- Collaborate with the creative and development teams to develop and refine ideas.
- Adapt and incorporate creative feedback while maintaining the core narrative.
- Write and revise screenplays based on project requirements and creative briefs.
- Prepare scripts in Final Draft or other professional screenplay-writing software.
- Ensure scripts follow appropriate screenplay formatting, structure, pacing, and storytelling conventions.
- Work on multiple drafts and revisions to strengthen the overall screenplay.
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in narrative writing, drama, OTT, web series, television, or films.
- Strong storytelling and screenplay-writing skills.
- Good understanding of narrative structure, character development, and dialogue writing.
- Strong research and information-gathering abilities.
- Proficiency in Final Draft or similar professional screenplay-writing software.
- Excellent command of written English; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is an added advantage.
- Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively with writers, creatives, and production teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
