- Customer service: Welcome customers, answer the questions, and maintain positive relationships
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups
- Communication: Communicate with customers and mechanics about vehicle issues, repair costs, and completion times
- Sales: Sell products and services to customers, including merchandise and repair services
- Advice: Advise customers on two wheeler maintenance, warranty protections, and cost savings
- Repair: Consult with mechanics on repairs, and help customers decide between fixing or part exchanging their Two wheeler
- Complaints: Resolve customer complaints after repairs
- Marketing: Find new customers and market the dealership's services
- Warranty: Inspect the vehicle and check the warranty coverage. consult with mechanics and identify the defected parts, claim the warranty and replace the parts after approval. Return the defected spares to the origin as pr the norms.
- FQI: Perform the final quality inspection after the vehicle service.
