Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and expand our sales operations. Candidates with a strong background in the building materials industry, preferably plywood, are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving sales growth, managing teams, and building long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
- Expand and strengthen the dealer and distributor network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in the building materials industry is essential.
- Candidates from the plywood industry will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to travel as required.
Compensation: Salary is negotiable and will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
