Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise the construction and finishing activities of our farmhouse project. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential/commercial building construction and be capable of coordinating all site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Monitor and execute all civil and finishing works as per drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
- Plan and monitor site progress to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with MEP teams for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other service installations.
- Oversee finishing works such as flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, doors, windows, and fixtures.
- Verify measurements, monitor material consumption, and maintain site records.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues in coordination with the project team.
- Submit regular progress updates and reports to management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Strong exposure to building finishing works and MEP coordination.
- Good understanding of HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and interior finishing activities.
- Ability to read construction drawings and execute work accordingly.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is preferred.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Preference will be given to candidates from outside Delhi who are willing to relocate and stay at the project site.
- Candidate must be responsible, disciplined, and capable of independently handling site execution.
Accommodation & Working Conditions
- Accommodation will be provided at the project site (shared room with another staff member).
- Food arrangements will be the candidate's own responsibility.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with occasional extension up to 8:00 PM based on project requirements.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and technical evaluation.
