Job Summary:
The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the complete garment manufacturing process. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in kids garment production, manpower management, production planning, quality control, and achieving daily production targets.
Preferred Candidate Location:
Kolkata or nearby areas.
Job Responsibilities
· Assist the Senior Graphic Designer in day-to-day design tasks.
· Create and edit artwork using **Adobe Photoshop** and **CorelDRAW**.
· Learn Garment CAD drawing and apparel artwork preparation.
· Assist in creating garment mock-ups, print layouts, and product presentations.
· Organize and maintain design files and artwork.
· Coordinate with the design and production teams as required.
Requirements
· Freshers are welcome to apply.
· Basic knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop** and **CorelDRAW** is mandatory.
· No prior Garment CAD experience required – training will be provided.
· Basic computer skills.
· Good attention to detail.
· Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
· Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Educational Qualification
· Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Graduate in any discipline.
· A formal design degree is **not mandatory**.
· Candidates with certificate courses in Graphic Design or practical software knowledge are encouraged to apply.
