Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls

- Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation
- Coordinate meetings and conference room arrangements
- Support administrative and office operations
- Manage courier, mail, and office communication activities
- Ensure reception and waiting area remain organized
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation preferred
