Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Franchise Sales

About the Role
AmruutCha is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive franchise expansion, generate qualified leads, and convert investors into successful franchise partners. The role requires strong sales, networking, and relationship-building capabilities to support the brand's growth across India.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify franchise leads through digital platforms, referrals, field visits, and networking.
Conduct franchise presentations and explain business opportunities to prospective investors.
Follow up with leads and convert them into franchise partners.
Achieve monthly franchise sales and revenue targets.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Conduct market research and identify new expansion opportunities.
Represent the AmruutCha brand at business events, exhibitions, and franchise meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise onboarding.

Experience in F&B franchise sales will be an advantage.
