Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in spa, hospitality, wellness, or customer service preferred
- Ability to handle guest relations and daily spa operations
- Team handling and coordination skills
- Presentable and professional attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day spa operations
- Handling guest appointments and feedback
- Coordinating with therapists and staff
- Ensuring smooth customer experience
- Maintaining reports and shift operations
