Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Intern to assist customers by understanding their requirements and supporting product-related queries. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who are interested in building a career in customer support and client engagement.
Location : Remote
Full-time / Internship
Experience : 0 to 1 year (Freshers can apply)
Preferred Background : Engineering graduates / students (Non-IT backgrounds are welcome)
Languages : Must be proficient in English and Hindi
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Understand customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
- Assist customers in using Factana’s solutions effectively
- Maintain records of customer interactions and support activities
- Ensure timely follow-ups and positive customer experience
- Support documentation and reporting activities
- Learn product knowledge and apply it while handling customer requests
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Engineering background preferred (Freshers welcome)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn new products and technologies
- Ability to understand customer requirements clearly
- Professional attitude while handling customer queries
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
