Manage post-operative cardiothoracic surgical cases (CABG, Valve Replacements, Aortic Surgeries, Congenital Heart Defects) and acute cardiac emergencies (Acute Coronary Syndrome, Cardiogenic Shock, Severe Heart Failure, Arrhythmias).
Conduct daily multidisciplinary clinical rounds, assess patient progress, and formulate individual care plans under the guidance of Senior Consultants.
Manage invasive hemodynamic monitoring (Arterial lines, Central Venous Lines, Swan-Ganz Catheters).
Oversee mechanical circulatory support devices (IABP, ECMO, VADs) and advanced ventilation strategies (invasive/non-invasive).
Perform bedside diagnostic procedures including Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS), bedside Echocardiography (TTE/TEE screening), and arterial blood gas (ABG) interpretations.
Execute emergency bedside procedures: endotracheal intubations, chest tube insertions, pericardiocentesis, and line placements.
