Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Conduct impact analysis and provide recommendations
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire BillingCenter BA
- Strong understanding of business process analysis
- Experience in application design and configuration
- Knowledge of insurance domain and billing processes
- Hands-on experience in Guidewire BillingCenter implementation
