The Junior Assistant shall provide administrative, clerical, and office support to ensure the efficient functioning of the office. The incumbent will assist in maintaining records, processing files, handling correspondence, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and performing routine office duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and clerical work of the office.
- Draft letters, office memoranda, notices, and reports under the supervision of the competent authority.
- Maintain physical and electronic records, ensuring proper filing and retrieval of documents.
- Handle inward and outward dispatch of official communications.
- Enter and update data in office management systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Assist in preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with various departments, vendors, agencies, and stakeholders for official work.
- Maintain office registers, inventory records, and stock registers as assigned.
- Handle emails professionally.
- Provide assistance in organizing meetings, workshops, seminars, examinations, and institutional events.
- Operate computers and office equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopiers, and other digital tools.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Competent Authority from time to time.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
