Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Plant

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Polytechnic / Relevant Technical Trade
Experience: 1–2 Years Only
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities
- Monitor reactor operations and production processes
- Coordinate stock loading and dispatch activities
- Lead and manage shop-floor teams
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment support
- Maintain production records and reports
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance
- Report shift-wise progress to management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 1–2 years of manufacturing/shop-floor experience
- Reactor handling experience preferred
- Willing to work rotational shifts
- Strong team supervision and coordination skills
- Able to commute to Coimbatore
